Shipping & returns

Delivery

• We deliver to addresses in the member states of the European Union.
• Delivery is free and always tracked.
• Every print is made to order: delivery is normally within 4–6 working days after your order. You get an email with the tracking link as soon as it ships.
• For two hours after your order you can still change the delivery address or cancel, with the link in your confirmation email. After that your print goes into production.

Arrived damaged?

Your print is packed to travel, but if it arrives damaged or with a printing fault, email info@sidneyvandenboogaard.com with a few photos of the print and the packaging — ideally within 14 days of delivery. We will send you a new print at no cost or, if you prefer, refund you in full.

This does not limit your legal rights: a print must be as described and in good condition, and a report within two months of discovering a fault is always on time.

14-day right of withdrawal

Each print is made to order, but it is a standard product, so you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after you receive it, without giving a reason.

1. Tell us within those 14 days: email info@sidneyvandenboogaard.com, or use the withdrawal form.
2. Send the print back within 14 days after telling us, preferably in its original protective packaging, to: Gripvelden 14, 4707 ZD Roosendaal, Netherlands. The cost of sending it back is yours; we recommend a tracked service.
3. We refund everything you paid, including any delivery costs, within 14 days of your withdrawal, with the same payment method. We may wait until the print is back with us, or until you show that you have sent it.

Please handle the print only as you would in a shop. If it comes back damaged, marked or framed, we may deduct the loss in value from the refund.
